Shipping within Luxembourg: Flat rate €5 €0

Shipping within Europe: Flat rate €5

Shipping to UK: Flat rate €8

Shipping to USA: Flat rate €8

Shipping to rest of the World: Flat rate €20

Free worldwide shipping for orders over €89 with discount code FREE89.

Shipping charges for Festive Floral Candles are different and will be available during checkout.

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any additional customs charges or duties that may be imposed on them by their country. If the shipping charge is significantly higher than mentioned above, the customer will be invoiced the remainder.

Returns

All sales are final.

I am not liable for failed delivery, mishandling or damages by the shipping service.

You will receive a confirmation email upon making a purchase. Please check to ensure that your delivery address is correct. If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I am more than willing to send it back for an additional delivery and handling fee.

If the delivery address is correct and you believe that the package is stolen or lost, then please contact the shipping service directly. Unfortunately there is nothing that I can do on my end in such cases.

All rights to the artwork (original, prints and products) are owned by Sushma Hegde, including the right to make reproductions. Please let me know if you would like to purchase full or partial rights to the artwork (this is in addition to purchasing the original).

When you purchase an artwork (original, print or product), you have the right to display it in your home or business. However you may not sell or reproduce the artwork in any form without my written permission.
